CORROSION INHIBITOR FOLLOWING NEUTRAL, ACID OR ALCALINE DEGREASING OR IN A FINAL RINSE TANK

PASSIVANT TS 105 is a concentrated water based solution enabling the temporary protection of ferrous metals after degreasing or stripping.
It can be applied to reinforce anticorrosion properties in alcaline, neutral or acid degreasing tanks or in rinse tanks after acid or alcaline surface treatment.
PASSIVANT TS 105 is non residual which enables the application of an organic coating after  treatment (powder or liquid paint).

METHOD OF USE

IN A DEGREASING TANK
PASSIVANT TS 105 is used at a concentration of 0.2 to 5 % and at a temperature of 30 to 60 °C. The concentration can vary according to the adherence required.

IN A RINSE TANK
PASSIVANT TS 105 is used at a concentration of 0.1 to 1 % at a temperature of 15 to 30 °C for a contact time of 1 to 3 minutes.

After treatment, parts should be dried, either with compressed air or with warm air and should not be rinsed.
